Plus affirmée, la chanteuse revendique des textes plus nuancés où affleure une vulnérabilité nouvelle. Elle ne s'assagit pas pour autant et cultive un art de l’entertainment et de la flamboyance qui la hisse au niveau de Róisín Murphy (Moloko) ou Alison Goldfrapp mâtinées de Sheila période « Spacer ».
